Quest to Learn has a partnership with Hudson Sailing. Students must enroll in 9th grade, and they are part of the Sail Academy in which they increase proficiency in math by learning basic sailing, navigation, and boat building. Through this opportunity they earn a math and PE credit. Upon successful completion, they go to First Mate: ongoing mentoring, competitive racing, college entrance preparation, homework support, summer employment assistance and career discovery.
